Meet Our Staff
Chief Executive Officer
Jason joined Hermitage Hall in June 2016 as the CEO / Managing Director. Jason has an extensive background in healthcare and prior to his arrival at Hermitage Hall, he most recently served as Interim Chief Executive Officer at Anchor Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Prior to Anchor Hospital Jason was a Chief Operating Officer at Peachford Hospital in Atlanta, GA and The Carolina Center for Behavioral Health in Greer, SC. He also served at Rivendell Behavioral Health Services in Bowling Green, KY where he held a variety of positions lastly serving as the Director of Assessment and Referral/Utilization Review.
Jason earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Criminology both from Western Kentucky University.
Chief Financial Officer
Mitzi joined Hermitage Hall in October of 2012 as the CFO. Mitzi has extensive experience working in both the private and public financial sectors. Prior to Hermitage Hall, she was the Chief Financial Officer with Natchez Trace Youth Academy. Mitzi has her B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Dr. Gladys Bush
Gladys Bush, MD is a graduate of Meharry Medical College. She completed her Residency in General Psychiatry and her fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at The Ohio State University Hospital. Dr. Bush has experience working with children and adolescents in academic, inpatient hospital settings and community mental health settings. She is board certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Chief Operating Officer / Director of Risk Management
Corey is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University with a degree in Rehabilitation Studies with years of experience working with trauma, developmental disabilities, substance abuse, sexually reactive, and aggressive youth. Corey joined the senior management team at Hermitage Hall in April of 2012. He is a certified instructor of Crisis Protection Intervention, Handle with Care, Verbal De-escalation, psycho drama facilitation, and is a Residential Child and Youth Care Professional through the University of Oklahoma.
